What material are your pet ID tags made from?
Answer: Our pet ID tags are meticulously crafted from high-quality polymer clay and resin, ensuring durability and a unique, personalized design from each tag.

Can I customize my pet's ID tag?
Answer: Absolutely! We offer both pre-made designs and the option to create personality and style. You can choose from various styles, colors, and themes to make the tag uniquely yours.

Can I add my phone number on the pet ID tag?
Answer: Absolutely!, However, keep in mind the tag must be 1 inch in diameter. Smaller tags will not qualify for adding the phone number. Only 1 phone number per pet ID tag.

How long does it take to receive my pet's ID tag?
Answer: It takes approximately between 2 to 3 weeks for us to have your tag ready and ship it. However, custom-made pet ID tags can take up to 4 weeks for you to receive it depending on the complexity of the design.

How do I care for my pet's ID tag?
Answer: Use dish soap and water. You can use a microfiber cloth to shine the tag.

Do you accept returns?
Answer: Customer satisfaction is out top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve any issues. However, you will be responsible for shipping back the pet ID back to us.

Are you responsible for any lost, held or damaged packages?
Answer: Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost or damaged as we have no control of USPS carriers, or incorrect shipping information.

Are all the Pet ID tags identically?
Answer:Each of out pet ID tags are crafted by hand with great care and attention to detail, which means that no two tags are exactly alike. We strive for the highest quality in every tag we create, the handmade nature of our products means there may be slight variations. These small differences are what make each tag truly unique and special, reflecting the individuality of your beloved pet.

How big are the pet ID tags?
Answer: Most are approximately 1 inch in diameter. However, we do offer smaller designs, which might not be able to include phone number, but just the pet's name.

Is the metal real or coated?
Answer: Each metal is coated. Therefore, over time the color may change.

Do you charge for shipping?
Answer:Yes, we do based on a flat fee of $6. We do offer free domestic shipping on orders over $60.

Do you charge taxes?
Answer: Yes, we do. We charge Texas tax.

Do you ship internationally?
